How soon can you inspect?
Availability changes week to week. The online scheduler shows open times, and a phone call is the fastest route when your inspection window is tight.
How long does a home inspection take?
Usually 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on the size and age of the house and any add-on services such as radon or a sewer scope.
When will I get the report?
The same day as your inspection. It is a digital report with photos that you can share with your agent in one click.
Do you inspect outside Fairfield?
Yes. We cover Butler, Hamilton, Warren, Clermont, Montgomery and surrounding counties, from Cincinnati up to Dayton.
Can I add radon, termite or sewer scope to my inspection?
Yes. Add-ons are done during the same visit, so you make one appointment and receive everything together.
